Kommek 2024 one of Sweden's most important meeting places for the public sector
Since 1985, KOMMEK 2024 has grown to become the Sweden's largest and most influential forum for those working in finance, governance, and administration within municipalities and regions. Over the years, KOMMEK has evolved into not only a platform for knowledge exchange but also an important opportunity for networking and discussions around the most pressing challenges and opportunities facing the public sector. The event gathers participants from across the country, making it an invaluable resource for those striving to strengthen and streamline operations in their respective organizations.
Over two intensive days, more than 2,000 participants gathered in Malmö, and Invajo had the honor of being present and responsible for:
- The entire registration process, including integration with SEB for automatic registration of invoice payments.
- A conference app enabling interaction during seminars and providing personal schedules for attendees.
- Lead scanning for exhibitors.
- Check-in and badge printing with custom-designed name tags.
