A New Dimension of Conference Experiences
Kirurgveckan 2024 was a week to remember. Under the glorious sunshine in Karlstad, we at Invajo had the privilege of delivering solutions that played a central role in creating a smooth and successful conference experience. Our team delivered, among other things, a complete conference website, an efficient registration system, and check-in capabilities with "Print-on-demand" for on-the-spot name badge printing. We also managed abstract submissions and related E-poster displays on digital screens. Last but certainly not least, we provided a user-friendly conference app to ensure that all participants had access to the information they needed, exactly when they needed it.
Our goal has always been to simplify and enhance the conference experience for both organizers and attendees, and we hope our solutions have helped achieve that during Kirurgveckan 2024. Offering these services and seeing them function in practice is both exciting and rewarding for us.
