Agri4D unlocked a seamless conference experience with Invajo
The Agri4D conference aims to bridge science, policy, and practice to create a real-world impact on global food systems to help achieve Sustainable Development Goal 2, Zero Hunger. Organised by SLU Global at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) and the Swedish International Agriculture Network Initiative (SIANI), with support from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).
This year it was held with the help of Invajo Beyond seamlessly synced with our virtual platform and our world-class Abstract system handling all the presentation submissions.
I’ve attended and helped run many conferences in the last few years, trying several different fully online and hybrid platforms. Invajo delivered an incredibly smooth and seamless transition between the live rooms and the online participants. The interactive platform was easy to navigate and offered many options to make the conference dynamic and engaging for participants. I was really impressed with the support team in both the preparation of our 3-day conference and the technical support both on-site and online. Thanks to Invajo for making what is typically a chaotic and stressful conference organizing process into a fun and engaging time for organizers and attendees.

As a co-moderator, using Invajo for the Agri4d conference helped me to have instant feedback from the audience and made easy interacting with them and answer to their questions
