Simplified payment refunds via Stripe in Invajo Classic

We get it—things happen. Sometimes participants need to cancel or adjust their bookings, and making refunds a hassle-free process is essential. Previously, refunds had to be handled directly through your Stripe account, which meant juggling two systems and keeping track of participant statuses manually. Let’s face it, that wasn’t exactly fun. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce this awesome update!
You can now do:
✔ Partial refunds: Easily refund specific booking options.
✔ Full refunds: Refund an entire order with just a few clicks.
It’s super simple to issue refunds:
- Click on the attendee card via the guest list.
- Click edit booking.
- Select whether to refund a specific booking option or the entire booking.
If all booking options are refunded, the participant will automatically be marked as Canceled, saving you time and effort.
This new feature is designed to give you more control, flexibility, and efficiency in managing payments. 🎉
