Through the app, you provide participants with access to everything they need. It works on both iOS and Android. The app can be downloaded with a single click and is customized to fit your brand, preferences, and guidelines. The app also works offline, so if there are any issues with the internet connection, we've got a solution for that.
What features does the app offer?
The home screen provides an overview of the various features. Below, we’ve listed all the features:
Program/Schedule - Schedule with color codes and various categories, allowing you to mark the sessions you want to attend.
Speakers and Speaker Information - Add pictures of the speakers, read more about them and mark the ones you want to see.
General Information - Here, you can add details like contact information, practical information, Wi-Fi, surveys, etc.
Push Notifications - As an admin you can send and schedule push notifications to ensure all participants receive the necessary information.
Saveable Notes - You can take notes on what was presented during the event and save them for later.
Exhibitor Information - Learn more about the different exhibitors that are present at the event.
Abstracts and Posters - All abstracts and posters are displayed in the app. You can mark your own presentations or the ones you're most interested in.
Clickable Venue Map - A map is displayed, and by clicking on a specific point, you get information on where that location is within the venue.
Ask Moderator - This feature allows you to ask the speaker a question, which can then be displayed on the screen for the entire audience.
Audience response - Through this feature, a question is posed to the entire audience, who can then choose an answer, making it perfect for surveys.
