Escaide 2024: A Three-Day Event in Stockholm

We’ve had the privilege of being involved with ESCAIDE for several years, and once again, we were delighted to be a part of this important event.

Our journey with ESCAIDE began back in 2018, when we first managed the conference app. The following year, in 2019, we expanded our role, taking charge of both the app and the poster displays. During the virtual conferences of 2020-2021, we handled the submission and management of e-posters, ensuring a smooth digital experience for all involved. In 2022, we were back on-site at Munchenbryggeriet, and this year, we had the pleasure of returning once again to support the conference in person.

Managing the E-posters

This year, we had the responsibility of managing the e-poster system for the conference. We handled the submission and display of 158 posters through our platform, ensuring a smooth process for presenters, moderators and attendees. On-site, we set up 16 poster screens: eight of them where dedicated to interactive poster sessions, where presenters could engage with attendees and receive feedback. Emelie and Tom were available nearby to assist with any questions or technical issues.
